Returns

Request: To initiate a return or exchange, send an email to info@cultessentials.com with your order number in the subject line.

Processing: Once we receive your return request, we will process it within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.

Return Instructions: Please return the product to the following address using standard Royal Mail and provide us with the tracking number:

Once the stock is received, we will process the refund.

Refunds

1. Processing Time: Once we receive your return request, we will process it within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirming the processing of your return request along with a valid receipt.
2. Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
