Shipping FAQs

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50. For orders below this, a flat shipping rate will apply based on your location.

Return FAQs

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

We currently do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
